This is actually not the case. My "picks" only considered my own roster of fighters. I know the primary humors of the other Braves, but not the humors of their backups. It's quite possible there's a backup Brave in your range.

Just lower your higher character's humours to 350 before the fight

I'll consider this. The obvious problem is that I'm risking the life of a higher humor character, against that of a lower humor character. However, if Bait wanted to lower his humors to 200 to all, then Troublesome Tom Thompson would be a good match.
