It basically means the Humour Monsters can never eat an unboiled Witch's hat ever again. They used to be one of they're main sources of food while travelling to raid the next village. :D

Ah, thanks for that explanation. I felt like it hurt noobs more than the higher ups because I was thinking of all the other foods they must have available to eat. I hadn't realized that even at that level the Witch's Hat was still so useful to them.

Claeyt wrote:I think it comes with Mushroom Hunting but not sure. It's easy to make, 6 blackberries or huckle berries and 2 oak leaves. You'll then Fart for the next 1/2 hour or so. :D

Unfortunately, I have Mushroom Hunting and I still do not see this recipe. I can use a screen capture program such as Greenshot to capture just my current skill set and post it up here if it'll help suggest the correct skill set I require. Perhaps there is one in my skill set that is obvious as to what I need to level up next with? Again, it doesn't unlock with Mushroom Hunting although it would have made sense had it done so. Also, while I checked all sections and sub-sections of my available recipes for food, I'm assuming when I unlock the right skill it should show up under "Forage & Freerange"?

It's in the poisons and concoctions section.

I don't have it there yet either. I still only have the Rattler Serum listed.

You'd think this would be one of the things they'd have put in the OP wouldn't you.
or maybe added to the Wiki when they updated the game.
I don't know, I checked with three of my alts and they all have it. Maybe, flowers and Berries. It's not that important for newbs anyways. It's more designed for high end guys to shave off the time on those massive drops. It's really only useful for when your running through the woods for an hour and want to pick Witch hats along the way. Just avoid Witch hats except for leveling with Newbs.

How come Enders Client can tell the difference between a waxing and waning Toadstool if it isn't decided if I can tell the difference until I pick it?

again poorly explained. Ender's handles it fine. What he should have said is:

"Some Waxing Toadstools are actually Waning Toadstools. You will not be able to tell them apart until you pick them. Higher values in Hunting & Gathering will help show you more and more of the poisonous Waning Toadstools on the mini-map, based on your skill level."

I'm almost positive once you pick them you know which is which. I haven't gotten any surprise Waning toadstools when eating a Waxing yet.

I noticed an unfortunate side effect of the follow exploit fix:
When in party, you can no longer click on your party member's portrait and use follow, when he is not in your direct sight range. Kinda annoying when spreading out to find agropelters, that you can't find your hunting partners easily anymore.
Was this intentional?

As asked quite a few times, please let us distinguish between boiled and unboiled mushrooms.
And also please let us distinguish copper ore from iron ore, while you're at that.

Also, how do copper pots work? I can't seem to add water, and when I put it over a cooking fire and put in some mushrooms, I don't see any progress bar.
Did Claeyt shut up yet?
WARNING: berrymash laxatives can cause your character to explode violently, after eating chymically unstable foods.

I can't be the only one who feels like the developers put more effort into cutesy names for these threads than they do the actual updates, can I?

Actually, using Ender's, you can see waxing and waning toadstool icons on map. They are quite different.
We make sword stone for keeper and pull they do it and excalibur come out. have no make stone to for sword we make sword box for sword to put sword in for sword. -Moniker (Anarchy online)

yes, you can see them with the game client also. Again, they show up as Waxing on the map until you pick them and based on your skills more and more of the Waning will show up on the map so you don't have to pick them.
