Where did the scents that are there come from then? And if there are scents at all shouldn't the tribe track?

Never even said that.

However I'm not Tribe so I'm not sure what they'll want to do. I'm sure Chief would be open to you taking up your former position of Ranger for the Treaty though if you wanted to do it.

1. ? ... All treaty payers are given instructions to help braves and rangers identify them so there are no accidents.
2. He is close enough for them to render if they existed.
3. That could very well be but braziers not even at 50% let alone still up? You can say he repaired them, but there are no scents by braziers to indicate they were even targeted to begin with. Tribe is not known for just letting themselves get shot by braziers. All the chests outside would indicate the raid is also not just getting started.
4. You may see something I don't. I'm not sure it can be deduced to one direction or the other but feel free to prove me wrong. I don't think this claim/point is even necessary in light of the others though.

Ill humor you then :).

1. So I've heard. I meant to say; If you say so.
2. Doubtful in my opinion. But whatever.
3. Same as #2. From experience I know that scents can load or not load sometimes. Sometimes it requires one to go 'back and forth' to make all the scents show up.
4. Not really the point I think.

All in all, maybe you're right, maybe you're not.
Maybe this wasn't the tribe, just someone pretending to be.
You say it doesn't fit their m.o., so who knows.

Edit: Going through recent posts, I am going to say the general excuse is going to be: "the hunger riot", if there ever is going to be one.

They will render 30-35 tiles out, you can test it. Can't exactly see tiles in this picture but if you count objects he's maybe 10 tiles from the middle section, and you can't tell me you think its 20 more tiles between that and the door. Even if not all the scents are likely to load, with the amount of scents that would be at that entrance you would expect to see a few. Also, no ones going to let themselves get pounded on by braziers while dragging out multiple chests, not even JC would and he's the guy who walked into a fenced area on a vclaim.

Good morning,

This is just more trolling\lying from Jordan Coles. Not surprised to see the usual cadre of loudmouth cowards jumping in as well.

Seems someone's a bit upset their efforts to defend Connorsville went so poorly.

Faithfully,

~Paul the Paymaster.

Edit: "Good evening" should've read "Good morning"

If this -was- a Treaty payer, wouldn't he have have contacted the Tribe before hunting for a way to get to IRC? He had to have had a contact (Paul or Chief) who would have addressed this. Yet he makes no mention of having done so when contacting Coles. Also, how does he know it was the Tribe? He doesn't give any proof and yet is insistent the Tribe was responsible. One would think that would be the very first thing a Treaty payer would do since, y'know, base protection is the purpose of the Treaty.

I won't go so far as to accuse Mr. Coles of purposely creating a thread to perpetuate false information as he is a Moderator and such actions are strictly Hinnomable. But I strongly doubt this was a treaty payer and that this was a tribe hit. Seriously, the braziers are still up. Who does that? All it would take is one alt to log on and fill them. This has rookie raider written all over it. As Gallient mentioned, there are no signs of this claim belonging to a Treaty payer as there should be.

Now, I'm not one for victim blaming, but I think OP could use this base as an excellent example for his base judgement thread. I can see at least two very, very big mistakes that could have prevented making this claim such easy pickings.

These words don't really matter when you consider that anyone that is angry, confused, distracted, unsettled, or any combination there of isn't ever going to make reasonable decisions as often as they would under ideal conditions.

Your only valid point.

Tylan wrote:I won't go so far as to accuse Mr. Coles of purposely creating a thread to perpetuate false information

That is essentially what you're doing.

How's this related at all? If you're going to try and sway public opinion of Tribe into the positive at the very least get rid of the extra garbage like this. This is the mark of an amateur. If your post is too long you'll end up stopping people from reading the post.
