how does the purity of testtubes&co affect the process? or fromt he alchemy table?

is there any effect if i have stuff of differnt purity in one alchemical apparatus?

For old players, with 300+ and even 600+ bile characters, there is no incentive to farm or craft anymore. There's just no progress to be had anymore, no goals. Farm trees? Only sensible thing left to do, is either go and raid bases for lolz (preferably noobs with no or little braziers, to not lose too many biles), or save their high bile chars for defense, check once a day for waste claims, and play H&H or some other game.

For new players, there's the issue of never being able to retaliate when raided by a bored group of 300+ bile characters, as has been adressed quite a few times now.

And for players in the middle, who might have been working for months, farming and feeding, to try and catch up with some of the higher humour groups that started a month or two earlier, and take revenge for the raids they did? Well, they were nearly there. Now, there's no chance for revenge anymore. No more goal to work for. In my village, since the purity nerf patch, average playing time per day per player went from 6 hours a day to less than 1 hour a day. There seems to be no goal to play for anymore, all progress that was gained through really hard work destroyed. Because it did take lots of work and effort with the old system to make enough high purity foods to feed alts, contrary to what some noobs might think.
I guess we could go raid noobs, like most (semi)old players on Roanoke are doing, for lolz. But, for me at least, there's not much fun in that, except when they are wearing nice clothes.



i agree there is not much to work for.. and i know that when more is implemented it will be possible to get high biles again...
im a little split on the changes atm

on one hand... it would be really nice to get up my biles on an alt to 100-300 so that i can easily hunt agropelters and defend my villages.
on the other hand... the lower biles an other char has to raid my village the longer it takes them to get it and the more the blazar damage matters.

i do agree tho that atm how things are we need a server reset...
im not sure about other servers but on roanoke every where i go now is almost nothing but raided villages and hermit claims... it is kinda depressing to see the server pretty much dead... in the last week i have only seen 4 active claims in my wanderings.
and found like 5 or 6 that the claim had just dropped so hadn't been looted yet... but since we cant grow 90% food any more we had to loot them for theirs.

My lower hp walls will certainly keep you out. See what I did there..


my village has already been raiding noobs now... and not much they can do.. it is hard to get to 100 biles now so they stand no chance.

even if you find the village of a raider you have to waist claim the village to get to the homestead to summon them to kill them... lower HP walls or not you still have to get threw the higher bile raiders.

and what happend in witch haven?

this explains why someone broke into my house and took all the inspirationals but left everything else.

but I finally got locksmithing! time to make some walls. well someone found my base a min ago so technically. hide in boston for a few hours, then go home, move the things the person will have trashed and THEN make walls.

You missed the point!

Why does it seem like you are completely oblivious to what the problem is? I want to share the reason people cannot raid. I and my friends have 50 bile characters, because of this purity change which we cannot get higher currently. SO WE DIRECTLY RELATE TO THIS CHANGE YOU ARE STATING. We cannot raid because if we do, one of the superman characters will get our scent and come and kill us. We don't not raid because we can't, and we have raided abandon'd claims which leave no scents. It wouldn't matter if you made walls 4x as strong rather than weak. It's not a effort or willingness that keeps us from doing this. It's the fact that there is absolutely no way to protect ourselves or retaliate against a character with 400+ biles. Why can you not see this? The last time we raided and stole a item, people gave the scents to Darwoth (superman character) and he came to our town and used a exploit to knock walls down, then killed several of us on our town plot. So when we did try to raid everyone died. There is no difference in ANY AMOUNT OF PURITY change that will effect this. If you want to effect this YOU WILL NEED TO CAP STATS. You can't passively cap them the way you are because sooner or later someone will get 100% pure items and then they will dominate the entire servers all over again. Then no one will be able to raid in a manner even worse because most people will never have a option of getting 100% purity. So all you have really done is made this even more of a problem.

So your abusing a game mechanic how nice. A dupe has been found , reported and still not fixed.. I only can imagine what other game breaking bugs are being kept under wraps to the so called "super powers". Let me dupe a couple hundred of 100% purity seeds and some humus and keep on grinding like the other big dogs. Jorbtar needs to fix this **** and wipe the **** at the same time.

haha dont you understand math you noob its really easy just get some purity stuff next time take a calc class before you talk to me what are you 12 / in geometry?
