I shall counter your offer with an offer of my own - if you wish to pay the Treaty I am willing to give you a week to get back on your feet before the first payment is due.

You should have asked yourself before moving in what had happened to the previous occupant. If you build on a gravesite, you should understand there may be trouble.

2. I expressed the readiness to pay a monthly tribute
3. They agreed to stop the destruction of property and receive a tribute if I pay the fee.
4. I paid and therefore the contract was concluded

As the members of your organization violated unilaterally the contract, then you must comply with the conditions of the injured party.
