Уважаемый икпейп, я весьма польщен вашим предложением и все всяких сомнений согласился бы на него будь он сделан до печального инциндента.

Но суть такова, что де факто уже был заключен устный договор между мной и господином Khaztropix, который он с легкостью разорвал и нанес мне большой урон. Более того этот договор был возмездным ибо представитель вашей организации получил от меня деньги.

По сему ценность договоров заключенных между вами и кем бы то нибыло до возвращения положения в статус кво(до получения мной от вас компенсации за разрыв договора с вашей стороны в одностороннем порядке и нанесенный вами ущерб) равен нулю.

Иными словами, я не могу быть уверенным, что если я сегодня заключу с вами контракт, то вы его сейчас же не нарушите. И поэтому я к сожалению не могу заключить договор на ваших условиях.
Сделайте добрый шаг и примите мое предложение, тогда вы не будете выглядеть шайкой воров и убийц.
