actually the population is pretty much the same with about 10 - 15 less players at given times than usual on the three servers.

i am sure that once purity is figured out again things will be fine, trouble is everything they have implemented thus far has been broken or bugged and there is no communication or direction as to how anything is supposed to work.

To the people complaining about not being able to reach 100% purity:
1. Only a minority of you would do the toil of actually raising it to 100% with the old system anyways.
2. As things are now you are not supposed to reach 100% purity!

Reasons:
1. Few people think its a reasonable investment of RL time, and most want to enjoy the game, not just grind all the time.
2. If the current system is kept in this form, this is implemented to avoid uber characters all over the place. I bought high purity food from several stalls and made quite a progress in no time by just using some silver before the "nerf". The devs might not encourage that kind of game style. Maybe "end game" purity is meant to be 20-30%?

the majority of the people ***** the loudest are folks that finally after months of hunting crickets only just now found/bought/stole some decent seeds and are mad that they wont be able to have a 400 stat character with minimal effort (in comparison to those who grinded their own ****) by piggybacking on someone else

yes, i think the changes suck and are a continuance of the downward spiral toward haven and hearthdom. my reasons for thinking the changes suck are not the same as the majority of the adolescent prattling in this thread that is obviously 100% about not being able to use the seeds they stole/bought a week before the nerf to make high end characters with no effort of their own.

lol grinding all the time... do u know how much "grind" will be put in to even reach 10 pure. dude please stop talking... this really puts a huge hurt on the pvp part of the game. been playing for about 5 mouths now and ALOT of hours put into this game (including calling off of work cause i wanted to advance my char) this is just ughhhh i hate how this is all working out... y not just chage food values there where other ways of doing this then making a **** ton more work for every one to do.

How is you making bad priorities even an argument for this? All Im saying is relax, things will become clearer the next few months. So you cant reach 100%? So what, so can nobody else.

I don't see why not reaching 100% purity is a problem. You can mass cook lower quality food to compensate it. Beside, as Dageir said, I'm one of those who don't care much for grinding my arse off to reach 100% purity and I'm enjoying the game. Maybe the problem is text, devs should change purity stats from percentage to "pure", "slightly pure", "not so pure" so that people won't whine about 100% purity again lol.
We make sword stone for keeper and pull they do it and excalibur come out. have no make stone to for sword we make sword box for sword to put sword in for sword. -Moniker (Anarchy online)

not really true, at around 10 - 12 food items with low purity food (which will not give you your desired stat all the time like high purity food will) the invariance drain outweighs the ability to eat enough food points to continue.
