Me as well.

I enjoyed farming in this game. Now I could care less, it is un-fun and grindy.

I went from tending to 350 fields to 0.

Yeah I certainly take no joy in farming anymore, I only have 30 fields and it feels so futile to work them.

Pre-patch system was very logical (think natural selection in real life) and gave the player a feeling of progress and positive feedback. This new system is so convoluted and illogical.

I'm trying my hardest to struggle with it mostly from 0, I only have few high purity stuff from pre-patch, and it is just brutal. Feels like I am not making any progress and have to manage so many variables.

Anyone seen the worms do anything at all?

It does feel very daunting to have to shelf all of my 100% seeds and start glutting once again on 0% food stuffs. I can only hope that the system feels so daunting now only because there are many more aspects they will be adding in the next couple patches to level things out.

We'll have to wait and see what happens with wells and grindable water quality.

Okay.
Today I have blown up one of my pressure cookers and frowned at worms for several hours.
You know? Sod it.
I'm going for a wander, without my buckets, ignoring granite lime and clay deposits, refusing to look at alchemical values, and pretend that I just dont care.
Look out bears, I'm pissed.

So at "clearly unstable" it's 0.01% more pure. I'm pretty sure there's something amiss here...

I've only ever seen the secondary alchemical values go up 1 whole point at a time, never 0.2. So not sure what's going on there. Perhaps they snuck in ninja nerf when one or two of the lesser alchemical values are below 1, or 0.5.

"Only" 30 fields...
I have 10!
I had ***** to play with before the two updates and I still have **** to play with now. My lack of progress is frustrating me. But I have now placed worms in compost bins as well as two in a container each with a few similar alchemical element plants. I'll leave it until tomorrow because I'm so not in the mood to do anything right now. I'll see if I can muster trying the pressure cooker tomorrow, but with all the bugs revolving it I might not.
