If planting 100% seeds in 100% humus gave 100% crops, alchemical refining would be just a one-off thing and you'd be able to produce infinite 100% crops with no further alchemy investment. So yeah, I think it's critically important for crops to lose purity like you report they do.

well pretty much every suggestion you have ever made is centered around making things more laborious and tedious while usually promoting a zergling mindset so that does not surprise me.

my view is that someone who spends months of their time levelling their **** should be able to reap the rewards, not jump through hoops and jog through 50 miles of ***** each time.

And my view is that playing smarter should matter a lot more than playing longer, so I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

there is absolutely nothing "smarter" about being a cog in the wheel of some town of 40 other incompetents, in fact since i am (for now) the dominant "faction" and a one man show on my server i would be the definition of playing "smarter" so i need no guidance on the topic from some guy that got **** on because he could not afford a town bell  .

bottom line is if the game gets to tedious and redundant it will be impossible for small groups let alone solo players like myself to be competitive, when that happens those solos and small groups that want to do anything other than play farmville in the game will simply not play it at all.

Do you make a living out of making strawmen or something?

Darwoth has spent countless hours in the game and around 200$. He worked hard to achieve his current power, position and fame, so any change taking away any of the rewards / advantage he worked for so hard, or giving the same rewards to other people at lower effort, is simply unfair.

If a game is hard work rather than fun, the devs are doing something wrong.

He should have an advantage, but not an overwhelming one. Competitive PvP shouldn't be restricted to the most lifeless 1% of the game's population.
