No you see, it makes no difference that they can wage war without it. The tribute does however make it so much easier for the tribe. Without it they wouldn't be as powerful as they are now.
I don't know. Additional gain of course helps ease off something but do we know how much it does? 5%, 10%, 50% of their work load or 1%. The fact that sticks is they are strong. While targeting treaty payers might help discredit the Tribe's authority, it doesn't gain the rebs any favour in return. And here, we just come back to what we've been arguing about.
Frowned upon? Who cares its war! Yes, killing off the production apparatus is wise. One of the reasons the allies won the war.
Hearts and minds can be won after the war.
At least the Allies had plans to rebuilding Europe while in this case, I don't see anything and if Colesie's side win the war, then what? The rebellion disintegrates and we have multiple factions roaming the land, raiding everything, killing every people, raping every maiden...oh wait. They need to give out a specific plan and have to provide at least equal protection as the Tribe does now. Because if this revolution is just for laugh, staying as it is now and paying for the Tribe seem a better choice than being gang raped by 40 later.
