People are already tight-fisted because of buyable items appearing in the game world for silver or becoming craftable. The thanksgiving table set, the good cheer gear, etc.

That would work, but only if they wait with the reimbursement 1-2 months after the new servers have been opened. Reason being: if you are going to whine about things not being fair currently, then you can't be for the massive advantage early silver gets you during early server life.[/quote]

Uh no. Cause anyone will be able to pay to play in the beginning anyways. You could spend the same amount as me day 1 if you wanted to, assuming you have income.

Every time theres a change people whine..
I dont want a static game, I like changes.
yeah I was just getting my crops sorted and now I'm back to square one, and hell I will never rule this world or the next several servers that may open, but so what?
Seriously, if all you people want is to be king of the pixels then I worry for you.
This is not our game, it belongs, heart and soul, to two trolls who love to wind us up :D
We get invited to play, and if you dont like the rules stop whining for Jorbsake
YOU chose to pay out money on a game that can be changed without notice... and yeah I payed money too, difference is, I noticed this was beta and that there were regular updates.
Either give it a go and come back in a week or so with proper informed discussion, or do the other thing

They would be unwise to ***** with the people who have invested 100$ in their game.

Lol is that a threat?
There will always be more people, and with proper tested and tried mechanics, more likelyhood that there will be,
keep a game static with broken mechanics just so they dont upset some pay to winner?
Okay... I guess we must agree to disagree

i have dropped around $200 or so on the game between my wife and my account, if there was a wipe and i did not have $200 worth of credits to spend in the store as i see fit i would never spend another cent on the game.

but that is all irrelevant since there is not supposed to be a wipe.

New player
Just got some seeds up about 6% and waiting for the next crop.
Put in tons of coal to get it to go fast and it was fun to do.
From how it looks now farming is going to be ****.
It also looks like it's not much fun anymore.
Great update...
Next game!

You would be assuming that I want to "pay" for any advantage. There is a reason for why several people wanted a lot more fluff items to be introduced into the item mall. (However, certain fluff items would be so popular that they could be traded for large amounts of silver, so that's a problem).

There can be wipe and $ can be transfered as silver of course they should consider how long ago you spend your money.
People that bought something for week or two should get 100% back, but someone who used $hop 6 months ago should get 50% and both sides would be happy :)

It seems to me that the most valueable commodity will be pots and bins - good luck raiding them. This in fact i do like :)
