I diverge, but you can believe Darwoth if you want. It can be the case that everything was a well planned trap, as the guy that claimed the settlement we were looking for lived close by and apparently hit some of our fields and coal.

Claeyt wrote:How did he kill you all? Did he summon all you?

He didn't kill us all, just two of our mains and a bunch of alts spies.

Claeyt wrote:Did he summon all you?

He summoned the only guy that had larceny and killed the rest because he is a sadistic bastard.

Claeyt wrote:Did you try and fight him? What about his claim of trespassing and larceny scents in neighboring claims?

There was no fight. There was trespassing and larceny (canoe and sled on different claims), but I believe I've explained the reasons for that.

I was not killed, and as a fellow secular humanist (agnostic), i think moral is a thing beyond religiousness.

So, you should make fun of me JUST because i lost like 20 iron bars.

You personally may not have, but one scent spoke for the entire group which is almost always the case in this situation. So it is indeed lollarceny

Enticing Vigi into admitting his 1st font abuses

Vigi, I Pras you for spitting more derogatory words than retri blind folded rolling Helen Keller in flour trying to find the wet spot while foaming at the mouth.

Take this post to heart Brazilians! SB has lost much, much more than you have in the course of his gameplay, I've seen the rubble up close, (See the 'Sioux Wars') and he has continued the good fight. Move far away, Rebuild, Bake, Harass. That's how you'll defeat Darworth on Jamestown. In the mean time, if you really want to piss Darworth off, post Screen Shots and a location map of 'Fort Wilderness' and his secondary base for all of us to see. Maybe a larger group than you guys on Jamestown can attack it if they want.

No, in the legal definition posted above, the refered group didnt steal anything, just used of unlawfull means to recover our rightfull propriety.

You can charge us as trespassers, is a injury accuse us of thievery.

Lmfao, really why is this thread still going on. No one cares about the real life legalities. A theft scent was left. You died. We now have 8+ pages of trying to link real life to something that is black and white.

Also, I'm willing to trade some of the finest Darwothian secrets for some snuff.

I know, but "lol" isnt an ideomatic expression who means any verb who could be related to larceny on any way... You are laughing while you steal? You are stealing something on a funny way? You are stealing something in a lighthearted mood?

If you are stealing, you are a thief. The legal definition of stealing (on glorious AMERICA) is: the wrongful or willful taking of money or property belonging to someone else with intent to deprive the owner of its use or benefit either temporarily or permanenty. The propriety (canoe) belongs to him, so he can be charged as a trespasser NEVER as a thief.

What he's trying to say is that: He is LOL at your attempts at Larceny. It's internetese at it's finest.

Don't worry about Vig. I said this about him once back in January and I'll say it again. "You wouldn't stop and talk to the crazy person screaming obscenities and slurs on the street corner IRL while you're walking by, so why do you think you need to respond to them on the internet or in this forum."

Got it. Let's just put it down to mistakes were made near Darworth. You guys learned a lesson. Stay away from Darworth and his **** at all costs until you've got 400+ humors and a real vault. One thing you can do to get back at him is to post the location and screen shots of his camp and 'Fort Wilderness' for all the other players on Jamestown to see.

The term "polemic" there implied upon you actually believing the **** you were saying in regards to the moral conduct of Darwoth. You don't need to bring religion into this, it is not something to take lightly as *cough* "Secular Humanists" *cough* like you tend to do.

Furthermore, the term "atheist's playground" literally means, just that. Salem is a world without morality, laws, God, gods, creeds, or any system of measures. It is a seatribe sandbox, wherein Natural Selection is the only thing taking place. Measure is a huge philosophical term there kitten. Tell me, where is this measure you are using coming from? What decides Darwoth's conduct as closer or further away from that standard or measure. Where did you get it, and who decided it? If you use a "special pleading" fallacy against me, I'll ignore you. If you say you don't know, than quit with the morality spiel.

KILL OR BE KILLED. If you do not like this, than I am sure ZYNGA has plenty of titles that will suit you just fine. ¦]
