Fishing...Please revamp this content...

Fishing is pretty lame guys. There is virtually no skill here, and worse, it is NOT fun. I have honestly enjoyed fishing in most MMO's, this one however, is just not good. Please add a little more player skill and less just smash random phrase buttons.

But yeah. It sucks and it has been suggested many times to change this to anything else than its now.

I dont know how to make fishing player skill dependent. Nothing in the game depends on immediate skill.
Just skill at organization and pre-planning and the "skill" to be patient.

Fishing equipment should be made more durable. Alot more. Make fishing itself like its in wow.(Forgive me Jorbtar.)

We need some Giant Eels to keep it interesting. Could use the reagents from dead eel to make gumboots.

It was pretty passive. The active part was assembling fishing pole with string, hook and lure and finding fishing spot. Then you started fishing and fish automatically kept appearing in your bags. Every now and then you had to replace lure if it got lost.

Its ten times better than the current solution in this game.

I usually fish using the "most common" positive choices unless im looking for something specific.

once i find a fish i just follow the positive choices for that fish (the best i can) from the wiki page and seem to have luck.

i avoid clicking "high five"
I always click "think of England, reel back, pull low"


System could be re-vamped but id imagine thats on the to-do list.
