"position unavailable" splatter items far away

when you need to drop items to spawn on homestead it may spatter your items so far away they can become unreachable near some wall or object

I just lost a Rattler Serum to this... when I logged back my items where everywhere and the Serum was unreachable:

It's been reported about 100 times. There is an open report on the bug tracker about it as well.
