Want the truth, Paul ? I don't even know what means being a treaty payer (i'm french T_T). He told me to post what he had done to me here, so i could up his tribe reputation or something, and in return he would give me back my money or the iron bars i wanted.
Still sceptical about me ? So here's the complete story :
I was asking in Boston for Iron Bars with the few money i had in my purse. First time doing it, cause there where not a single iron bar on sell in the stands. This guy come to me, he says he has 16 on him, ask for how much and explain me how to get my money out of my purse and put it into a barrel to do the trade. First stupid thing i did was to put my money first. NEVER DO THAT, PEOPLE. He said he was the one taking the risk since i'm in snake pants and wooden axe, and he was with a great hat and weapons and stuff. I trusted him... then he just took my money, ran away and explained me what i told you earlier in chat PM .

Here his the whole story ! Hope you had fun reading it, cause i didn't had at all living it...

Lol, the tribe don't need any help in looking bad - they do a brilliant job all by themselves.
It seems so well, that people are finally starting to wake up and reach enlightenment. :D

Been watching a lot of rubbish on the holographic theory recently, it's amazing how some people can totaly misinterpret the scientific approach - it reminds me of the mm tribe in some respects. How to fool the masses in three easy steps, followed by a price tag.

Your #1 mistake was trying to get a trade with some random guy in Boston. OF COURSE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. You should have sought to make a trade in here. There are several methods to limit the risk of getting ripped off, like only trading with an established trader and to trade in small but increasing increments.

Furthermore the guy that took your money is with 99% certainty not an MM member, but someone else that saw an excellent opportunity to both earn some money and hurt MMs reputation at the same time.

As a master Trader, I'll give you some hints as to where you made mistakes.

1. Always kin somebody before making a major purchase, if they won't accept your kin then don't trust them with your money.
2. MONEY ALWAYS GOES FIRST, but that doesn't mean you have to put all your money in at once. buy the iron bars one at a time. explain to the person that you will put in 100s, then they put in 1 iron bar, do this until your purchase is complete.
3. Use the forums also, the forum stalls are much safer than street purchases.

You made a rookie mistake for a lot of money, but it's not the end of the world, you posted here and if you see the guy again get a nice close in screen shot of his face and post it here also. Then nobody else will ever trust him again.

C'est La Vie ma amie, bon chance.

Thank you very much for all your answers, it's kinda reassuring to see that everyone is not like that. Anyway, i came back to Boston to talk with people (Kerryann ?) and someone even gave me a feather for free (thank you again, i'll pay you back, i swear).

I think i needed this to "grow up" in this game, i would have trusted everyone without any word. Well i'm still that kind of person who can trust anyone without searching too long, and i still think it's a shame that you have to go on forums to find trustable people for trades.

Anyway... I don't know who was this guy, and yes i'll kin that kind of people before doing any trade from now. But... I'm afraid to say that cause i don't really know if he can find me in anyway and destroy all i built, but i'll say it : he gave me back what i asked for, my three Iron Bars. He even told me he would give me more if i was clever on this thread. I guess i'm not that clever. Dude i know you read me, and i'm sorry to "betrail" you, but i feel like you blackmail me for reasons i don't understand, and i definitly don't like it.

I'm also ashamed to say i just betrailed this guy who actually "sold" me 3 Iron Bars (if sold is the good term..) for 160 silver, not 600. 160 silver and a thread here.

I'm sorry, but i don't know who the hell are those MM tribe, and i don't know what's going on on Plymouth, and i don't wanna lie anymore, i hate that. So... this guy was that kind of "nice" blackmailer, and I am that kind of stupid newbie who just did what she was told. It's over :)

The Truth shall set you free. Just more horrible propaganda and attempted reputation slandering by the Rebellion.

BTW what you described is more akin to prostitution than it is to blackmail.
