Thats because you were spamming every thread about it.

That is a bold lie.

Everyone gets a treaty mention quota, and you've used up yours a while ago.

Lol that's funny. If that's serious then it's kind of sad that specific opinions are being moderated.

You can easily look at my posts and see that I have NEVER "[spammed] every thread about it".

Please go spread your lies somewhere else, this topic is already started to get derailed.

If you want to be safe, just build a few walls and have enough braziers then you'll be safe enough from most every one. It doesn't matter where you make your base.

Ok, end the derail. If you have issues on moderator actions, please take it to the Rules thread for an official answer, PM a mod, or Enigmaz.

Actually choice of the place is crucial for the safety. Walls and braziers are only useful if you can be around to defend them.
And Charls I never meant literaly every thread but I am certain you know what I meant, if you have any further comments please PM me.

If you have enough braziers and walls it will deter basically anyone who wants to come in. Location is just a bonus.

I wouldn't say anyone, as there will always be someone that wants rise up to the challenge just to "climb that mountain."

Its other way around.
Lets say you settle 15 min away from Boston (you wont be able to make a single wall before your spotted) but lets say you manage to make 2 walls and a ton of braziers all filled up with coal. Its just a matter of time when will an organized group of players start the siege. Since we are talking about a hermit theres no way youll win. Sooner or later braziers will run out of fuel and walls will get destroyed. So the latter your place gets detected the better, you will have more time to grow and to prepair defences.
