Some people like to play on a server which is not lawless, but whatever you choose is fine. To me the treaty is just a contract saying I will be protected.

I think you lost us somewhere there, we are a peaceful nation just teaching the squatters the way of our people, if u want to live on our lands and not honor our ways we will retaliate and scalp a whole lot of squatters as we allways do. Some people like to play on a server run by an egomaniacal dictator whose 'laws' are in place to primarily benefit himself, others prefer free will. I'm glad you are happy with your choice however and I hope it works out for you.
