Id never step in for a propaganda puppet but really people need to understand that new joiners such as myself have little option but to accept the terms of the treaty once their base is located.

Is there another option? Been here over a month and I've yet to see it.

Its ok Skaulic you made the right choice and are DEFINITELY the majority of the server. Just not the vocal one. Always keep in mind that those who talk trash on the Treaty are limited to just that. Talking.

Even I paid the treaty.
If only because my siblings are living on my base and I'd be pretty ticked if they got killed. Myself, don't care, I've lost ~10 characters mapping so far.

Move to Jamestown. Villages there are supporting the local community. When someone who demands money for you just to be alive appears, he is most likely to be wiped out.

Sometimes - they cost me more game time than I spend on my own characters. I went and leveled out a base for my sister and her boyfriend last night... I haven't really even done that for myself, lol.

From someone who went from paying the treaty to being well on his way to being a member, I support the treaty. It gets you in contact with a solid group of guys, who can protect you.
