But, how long afterwards?
They married in 1985 - his next 12 movies consist mainly of flops with the worst being Shanghai Surprise, lol, and minor roles after he lost his 'starring role' status.
1993, four years after they divorce, Seans career finally starts picking up again after he was nominated for a Golden Globe for his supportive role in Carlito's Way.
With Dead Men Walking, two years later his career was considered revived.
= 10 year hiatus = Madonna curse.

I've seen it now, I quite enjoyed it. The hype surrounding the violence was well overplayed, apart from the initial scenes, there was very little violence by todays standards.
Dredd, however, omg! Just finished watching it now, disgusting. Not for the faint hearted.
Killing them softly - didn't go much on it, but it does have Brad Pitt.![]()
Two I would recommend, if you like the type of films I do, both having the comedy element, are:
The Baytown Outlaws - directed by Barry Battles
Seven Psychopaths - director Martin McDonagh - brilliant performances from Woody Harrelson and Colin Farrell.
I also caught two I overlooked when they were released, both of which I found quite thought provoking in different ways.
Ghosts of Cite Soleil - 2006 - A film documentary about gangster run ghetto's in Haiti - heartbreaking.
Unthinkable - 2010 - with Samuel L Jackson (always a plus, with the exception of snakes on a plane, lol) and directed by Gregor Jordan.

"yes, why, what did I say?"
"You said, the Odditown Outlaws"
Kerryann wrote:^ lol, which ones did you like?
I'm being forced to watch 'Ted' now - someone shoot me please! I've been told I will find it funny and I will laugh. Well, we will see.
