Although I and the chief are not currently enemies, I do have access to scents left by the character by the name of Chief peepookaka and can confirm that this character is dead.

Not even the main vault let alone the main base . But it is funny they left all those fields there harvestable to rebuild the characters they killed. Russians are a kind and gentle people I suppose.
