All i see is spawned creatures of the lumber woods which are un-target-able and do nothing, and tons of free mounts spawned for everyone.

Yes you had these for all of 30 mins before the server was wiped, however they were never implemented fully to the extent of being able to be tested which what some people make it sound like.

Just curious as to why they are not implemented yet.

since i started playing, just after the wipe, what major updates have we had in "6 months", boats, planting trees, Wood piles etc. Seriously the amount of "new useful content" in 6 months is almost non existent.

Wood Walls / timber piles ? Totally worthless, waste of time, faster to make stone / tree walls.
Boats ? Almost totally worthless except for raiding coast settlements / storing items, due to how random the water ways are, and us being unable to make our own rivers. IF we could make our own rivers / dig down land and make our own waterways in the environment, boats would be worth it, otherwise worthless imho.
Planting trees ? Maybe that's the best defense mechanics we have all be screaming for, who knows. It is currently the strongest form of defense beside abuse of other mechanics. In the time it takes someone to chop a tree, a 400 bile character could have destroyed all 10 layers of your stonehedge and 3 layers of plank fence.

Trees or walls, well i know what i make, so does colsie, what about you ?

Needless to say, The advancement/development of the game since i joined is at a snails pace.

Would really love a devs diary to actually know what is being worked on, its more so important in small neich games with a small community, to ensure your small community does not disburse.

PS: Downloaded PlanetSide2, played it for 30 mins, now uninstalling. Worse piece of **** to taker up 10gb of my HDD.
Retribution ~ Death comes to those who wait.

Yes, there's a conquistador's breastplate. I believe it is in the resource files and is available in the game by dev spawn. Just like every other piece of clothing, it has absolutely no effects. Why it's not available to be crafted, I don't know.

As far as a broom... as explained in the teaser demo from Halloween a while back, one can't just simply fly on a broom. It requires the harvesting of magic from other players before one can cast these spells. There have been known to be a few brooms (and other items that haven't been fully fleshed out for the game) floating around that were stolen from Jorb.

You are aware that the development time on an MMO is anywhere from 3-6 years, yes? That this has only been in development for about 2 now, I'd say things are moving along fine. There's just been a ton of backeend stuff that's caught them by surprise, so instead of content updates, we have to wait for server issues to be resolved.
I am a moderator. I moderate stuff. When I do, I write in this color.
