Greetings Filthy Squatters of Salem,
It is I! Judge PeePooKaKa!

The trial of Ameba vs. Jordan Coles will now begin!

The Plaintiff
The plaintiff in this case is Ameba. He claims that Coles unjustly destroyed his windmill named Windson. Our records indicate that this person is NOT a treaty paying individual of Salem. Also this player is known to vandalize the grounds of the Earth with profanities that the Tribe must go and subsequently clean up. Mother Nature will soon heal over the wounds Ameba inflicted into her grounds but it will take time....

Image

The Defendant
The Defendant in this case is Mr. Jordan Coles. Mr. Coles is a treaty paying member of society who is doing his part as a citizen of these lands to bring others into the righteous way of treaty payments. He is also known for moving large amounts of dirt for seemingly no reason but this court finds no reason to hold this against him.

The Deliberation
The turning point of the evidence here is that seems that ameba has joined the bug abusing faction. Please see the below exhibit:

Image

Here we see:
Trojanz (known hacker and developer of 1x1 fields that crash peoples computers)
Mushibag (Confessed to bug abuse in the classic case of The Reservation vs. Trojanz)
and Ameba

It appears that Mr. Coles was scared that the bug abusers were going to kill him so he stayed logged on in his mine. Unknown to him it also appears that they have installed some hacking mods in their clients that allowed them to force his character offline so it could be summoned. The fact that ameba now runs with this crowd is all that this courtroom needs to know.

The Verdict
In the case of ameba vs. Jordan Coles this courtroom hereby finds Jordan Coles NOT GUILTY on all allegations and hereby does NOT summon him online for the kill.

Image

In addition to this, this court finds that Coles, an upstanding treaty paying individual, is under immediate threat from the bug abusing faction. As such this court hereby allocates any and all necessary resources of the Tribe to maintain the safety of Coles so long as he remains innocent.

Image

Bring it on bug abusers... You may be able to force him offline... But you still can't summon him.

This court is adjourned.

So, staying online inside your mine, with an alt blocking the entrance isn't considered bug abuse? Seems to me you should be executing Coles for abusing bugs in the name of the tribe.

Just murder the alt?

Then wait 8 hrs for it to turn into a skeleton, and hope he hasn't logged another alt and replaced it by then? Solid plan.

He already had it KO'd with permissions removed, so it was KO for 24h.

Just kill the alt before it gets to the mine?

How about this. Leave a scent.... put yourself in a mine. Block it. Give me the coords. And see if your alive tomorrow.
