I must apologize for not being able to give you better support on this issue. I do currently not have any way to manually reset / change a game password without going through loftar and he can be hard to reach at times.
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

I want to clarify that the old account was not available, after registering a new account with a different email. And it was not only once, the current account is registered last.
