I am Judge PeePooKaKa. I am the Judge, Jury, and Executioner here @ Plymouth.



I will be conducting a Trial on behalf of the People of Plymouth. So without further ado let us begin.

Ferhago vs. Khaz
This Courtroom is now in Session

The Plaintiff
The plaintiff in this situation is "Ferhago". As evidenced in the first sentence he claims to have been playing in our lands for over 3 months and as evidenced by his post he clearly has a knowledge of the Forums and the HoB Thread. This begs the question. Has this person been up to date with his Legally binding Treaty Payment that he would have clear knowledge of being a forum user? The answer..... No. Now you may think that after having the Chief post in his thread with the offer of Justice that he would immediately PM the Chief. Did he immediately PM the Chief for justice? Once again.... The Answer.... No. Things are not looking good for this player.

The Defendant
The Defendant in our case has been identified as none other than "Khaz".



You will immediately notice that the defendant in this case is not only willing to provide restitution for the crimes that were committed but more importantly he is willing to make the treaty payment for both HIMSELF and the Plaintiff! This player is most certainly a fine upstanding member of this community and I find it unfortunate that the Plaintiff has made an entire thread with accusations against the noble Khaz.

The Deliberation

This case is an interesting one indeed. On the one hand we have obvious crimes committed against the Plaintiff and an admission of guilt from the defendant. Normally this would be an open and closed case. However, the curve-ball in Salem Law here is that the Plaintiff himself not only failed to make his Treaty Payment but also failed to make any effort to do so once communication was established. Since Treaty Law supersedes the local laws in this matter the Plaintiff did not actually own the things that were stolen to begin with. In fact, by being in default on his payments the Plaintiff in this case actually had a Lien on both his Claim and his personal property for the defaulted Treaty Payment. The fact that the personal property had not been seized by the Tribe was merely a technicality in this case. So the loot that was stolen actually belonged to the Tribe not the plaintiff.


The Verdict
Khaz was contacted and immediately ordered to surrender the loot that the Tribe had a lien on (The Musket, Silver, and Bars).



In exchange for his repossession services that he provided, unknown to him, Khaz has had his Treaty payment deemed paid in full and is now in full compliance with Tribal and Treaty laws until Feb 1st. As for his character's future Judge PeePooKaka Finds Khaz NOT GUILTY on all counts and accusations made by the Plaintiff.

As for Ferhago. The Judge finds the Plaintiff GUILTY on:

(1) Count of Failed Treaty Payments
(1) Count of impeding Justice by failing to reply to the Chief directly in this thread.
(3) Counts of being a noob

Ferhago has 18 hours to contact me via PM and work out a plea bargain. If he fails to do so then the Defendant will take the Chief to Ferhago's claim where I can promise you the summon-kill will not be overlooked again.

As you witnessed in the previous preceding the fugitive and delinquent Treaty member of Ferhago was offered time to contact me and work out a settlement agreement. Unfortunately, he failed to do so. As such the Trial must commence.







There were also a few loose ends from the Crime scene that needed to be cleaned up.



Justice has been served. This courtroom is now adjourned.
