No...

Can you explain why?

Official statement on custom clients / mods

And that's all the explanation as has been "officially" given on the subject (and likely to get).

The EULA you are referring to is basically the paradox EULA, It will be upto them if they choose to force seatribe to enforce this rule.

Until a statement from paradox is made over-ruling seatribes stance on mods / bots, then use of them is allowed(From what i understand), then if seatribe refuse such changes i guess funding, sponsor or w/e etc can be pulled.

Yes for you both MagicManICT, Dallane, I saw that some time ago, but that is old if you compare it to EULA, so I will just wait for new statement from TM.

I am sure measures can be implemented to detect people who use modded clients and swiftly ban then accordingly, IF they took that stance against it.

In Haven for a brief period of time real money trading was an issue, people selling accounts, items etc. Jorb made a statement in a post on it and it was essentially banned. But it just went more underground and wasn't spoken about on the forums anymore. On top of this, the russian forums have their own section specifically for selling accounts lol.

Nothing has changed when it comes to bots or custom clients. We still do not endorse them in any way, but we are not going to take any action towards the users at this time and of course would not punish anyone retroactively if our standpoint changes.

As far as I am aware the EULA is not a copy & pasted Paradox standard since it has parts about the cash shop - and that is Salem unique. Although they might have been added to a standardized EULA that we used as ground, which is probable.
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.
