About a week prior to the snow leaving Providence this year, I began noticing that Providence's street cleaners have been keeping the streets unusually cleaned of bodies, skeletons and even more so the countless puddles of puke n blood that obstruct our mini-map.

Could this mean that JC will return in short-order to taunt and tease us again ?
