Dead by turkey without aggro

Hello,
I was searching for a home, then a dam turkey come to attack me, i was running then i found watter, i have swimming, trying to swim in the watter but was stuck, then the turkey killed me, i have lost my settlement paper 150 silver that i had buy on the store.. And a lot of singing old wood and stuff...
Then i run to search my body, but i was in water so my body just wasnt here, my stuff too..
So.. Ive lost 150 silver a 2 hour of games..
Can you give me a settlement paper directly to my character please ?
Its simple, if a admin do me the favor, i will keep playing because i want to see what is the building feature, and probably buy more silver (dont want farm).
Or i will stop to pay for playing, i hate to lose money by a bug (i does that 3 times from yesterday to now..)

So please, do me this favor.

150 silver will not ruin the economy of the game, ive just lost it in water, and as i know, all items droped in water are just destroyed :/
Otherwise, its a beta, maybe a wipe will appen and i will get back my silvers.

I understand why there is not a lot of players in this game, despite the fact this is a beta.. Nice comunity !
By the way, i had play more games and beta than you since UO, but its not the point.
So stop troll this topic, i just ask if its possible or not to get back my silvers lost by the water bug, if not, i will stop to buy silvers during the beta and wait for the next step.
Guys, trolling a newcomer, who have just finished to download the game and start play, will not help your comunity to grow, but helping noobs, by answering, by telling him what is possible and not, will help a lot. So help me or dont reply please.
By the way sorry for my bad english, im frensh, so that will not help too, maybe i choose bad my words :/

So, without bad trolls reply, is there a way to recover my silvers ? Or just no ? I will not cry, just tell me i can handle this, 10$ is nothing ^^

You most likely won't get your silver back.

Did you actually toggle swimming in the adventure submenù?
Since it depletes quite a good amount of phlegm, it isn't toggled on by default, you need to manually activate it.
I don't think you'll have your silvers back, anyway, since it doesn't seem to be a bug.

I had it activated, but i was runing, so almost depleted my balck bile :/
I hate turkey xD
No ass kraken (funny name ^^), i kept my character, back to my old house, i should have done another house more close.. But well, you how it is, u explore, and more you explore, the more you want to go further xD

By the way, are you sure you hadn't accidentally hit the turkey with a stomp? As far as i know, usually they shouldn't be aggressive.
