Wanted to share my thoughts on this for a long time...
Core idea is to expand currently existing mechanic of food and drinks in order to make it even more interesting,
without changing or breaking anything that already established.
So here it is:
Gluttony
So you digested all the food you ate on the previous gluttony session,
"Full & Fed up" is gone and you're ready to another one.
It also means that your stomach is empty, you are starving and slowly losing what you have gained before.
-You have a "starving" icon and a very slow permanent drain of your maximum biles. (only counts when online)
*You need to get "Full & Fed up" again to prevent starvation.
But you do want to gain at least one point in gluttony.
Otherwise you will feel unsatisfied (permanent -1 to each bile)
Regen food
To further separate it from gluttony and add more meaning to it:
Eating in regen mode while your biles are at max meaning that you simply playing with your food and wasting it.
You cheving it but spitting it out instead of swallowing. It falls from your mouth down on your expensive clothes!
You're acting silly!
-From doing so you get debuff which increases the insanity gain rate.
*Allerting "squish" / "burp" sound included.
Continious use increases debuff timer.
Drinks
Keep "Quaffed and Quenched" up.
Or you will suffer "Dehydrated" debuff - a simple temporary shrink of your maximum biles in proportion to the power of debuff.
