Even Rouge-like games give after completing chellanges - new cosmetic for character, achievements etc. appropriate rewards

Trade Order ? - challenge ? no... more like ONE type Quest from other games (take items and back) - 100% boring, 0% challenge - need only be grinding
Temperature (Hypothermia) ? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system
Disease ? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system
Exploration Events - challenge ? no... only little rewards, where NPC-outlaw camp, or other camp mobs
or where small dungeon time-challenge
Madness? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system
Domesticated Animals - yes little challenge IF you have many animals and they got sick...
- ofc. no need many animals - because need only Scary Stroganoff or Sausage Links but for Scary Stroganoff no need many animals...
but for Sausage Links need many pigs and no...
Witchcraft - yes here challenge - but only you need many items and time for discover all thinks...
