Marrow dumpling is bread foodgroup, so yes, you should try eating some bread.

My bad. Its still in the meat foodgroup code most likely from where it was when the title was acquired. I'll have to remember to move it.

I highly suggest post-it notes on the edge of your monitor / on the wall behind your monitor to remind yourself of tiny changes.

Not publicly. You should talk to people in game who may or may not know the location.

I will say that the witch statue should be accessible with this weekends patch.

I feel fruits food will change world...
what about old groups food ? will got little revamp ? or fruits will dominate ?
