No. Only through his Majesty stall. And their upgrade chance is much higher than 5%.

WOT THAT WASNT ME, and besides, its way too hard to make a pclaim at server start in expedition with only savage charms/beaver pelts, etc.

A lot were rebalanced, and the 1st floor of the Masonic Lodge had a solution for the mis-balanced one anyway. So that is essentially the 'fix' for those who feel stuck.

Sweet patch thank you! But horses as a sea vessel has me perplexed.

Sorry I added some spacing. Horses is the patch after the new sea vessel and the PvE Concord Event launch.

yes, but as I said you guys should feel dirty for not already finding it. Clearly nobody found all the easter eggs in the starter town of Concord :).

JC as you are here, how about a review of the starter trade order that needs leeches - that one feels unbalanced. If I remember rightly they go for like 50 silver each or so in Prov and the gain for submitting 9 of them is what - 4 silver ? On Concord there aren't even any stalls yet and not all swamps are that large (or have leeches in them)...slows things down considerably I feel.

I bet it's the broken mine entrance in concord, but it's just a guess.....
