Craving Fix from tutorial land port into Concord should hopefully be fixed.
Providence Tooltips Fixed they were inaccurately displaying larger timers
Baked Potato Cravings adjusted UP. Players were able to get the potato foodgroup too early.
Cougars no longer display on the mini map

Debugging in process. I think I found the fix. Options are restart in many many hours to try to preserve the 5 minutes of progress before the crash. I'm going to opt for the 5 mintute rollback as it 'should' be cleaner that way.
