Salem Client by Ender

Currently I can only play with the client by constantly downloading the file from here and "reinstalling it". It auto starts after that and when I press Run it works.
When I try to launch it from the desktop it says "Unable to launch application".

Where does client keeps position settings for windows? Seems that i placed a minimap off the screen with accidental mouse move and can't get it back now..

windows.conf in yourUSER/salem/
mmap_pos is the line you want to edit.

Many thanks to you sir! Actually i looked there before posting, edited mmap_sz and thought that since that didn't affect, i should look in anouther place, didn't notice mmap_pos parametr at all..

Ender client out of date ?
Ok, whats the problem, I installed it 8 days ago and it worked good, but 3 days ago then I try to use it, it says "The Client is to Old" !?
And I cant find any uppdate, so is it worng on my PC, or ?
I did check Java and it works, I reinstalled Java and Ender Client, still not working ?

Please help me, I can play whit out the it ones I use it one time !

Reinstall it from the link in the first post, it uses an updater.jar now not a jnlp file.

I am getting the same issue as Molly, after a while the game starts freezing constantly (and it eventually crashes). Im using java 6 and the updater.jar. I noticed that the javaw.exe increases in memory usage in the task manager and when it gets around 1500mb, is when it starts freezing until it crashes. Maybe its a memory leak?

I've suspected memory leak too, but haven't found any evidences of it. Max heap usage was around 300-400 Mb. But java have taken around 1,5Gb of memory. Don't know why. How much memory your PC has?

I've had that exact behavior with Java lately, where it starts to inch up to 1.5GB of ram. I haven't had much lag, though if it helps you narrow down the issues for people who are lagging, I'm on an AMD system and have 3GB of ram.
