Stuck in nowhere

Some of my characters were in the town church. Also during invasion of bats my client crashed and my main also stuck there. Now when I try to enter in any of them I get this message.

How can I get my characters back and not lose my stuff?

Press yes, you will not lost a **** from inv and you will be fully okay. Comfirmed by me in Salem Group Chat
