Because Claeyt demanded the other thread locked, I have taken the liberty of creating this new thread for streamers to advertise their streams. PM me or simply post in this thread with the request and I'll create an entry for you here in the OP. Unless someone (moderation) says it's not ok, I'll put down the list of streams/channels from the other thread here. If you no longer desire to have your stream/channel or know someone who no longer maintains a stream/channel in this OP, just say so and I'll erase it.
