johnson is not remotely a libertarian, the libertarian party started to pick up traction with ron paul and was on the road to viability then lost all of it and double again over the past several elections when they put people like that out front to represent them. until they start putting out real people again nobody will ever take them seriously and nor should they.

As a hardcore libertarian I really hate Johnson.

Well I don't believe it's ever really "wasting" your vote. The libertarian party atm needs all the support it can get if it's gonna get into the debates, so while voting for third parties might not be the right thing now, it might offer a chance for more choices later on in 2020.

Gaddafi tried something like that, and we killed the ***** out of him. Europe would rather have us over Putin, and Asia and Russia cant beat us. If they sanctioned us our allies would support us and China would lose its edge and Russia would turn into the next Libya.

Yeah, the media trying to 'get' Trump over how much income tax he pays really annoys me. First, it's not cheating to take what deductions and such that you can so long as it IS legal and if that results in someone paying almost no tax, well it maybe means the system needs a change, not the taxpayer. Or maybe it just means that he didn't have enough income that year, yeah. :/ And second, anyone who pays more tax than they should is a fool and should be ridiculed for THAT.

The thing about Trump being a big mean jerk is very true. He absolutely is. But who the hell cares? It's not like he's worse than most presidents, though maybe he doesn't hide it so well. Most of us aren't old enough or haven't studied history well enough to realize that many of our presidents have been assholes. It's like a corollary of being someone who wants to be in charge or something.

I watched the first debate and was so disappointed I didn't even bother with the second one, I just got the highlights. I went back and watched most of it later, but it still was mostly disappointing. Trump has such a thin skin, it's infuriating. Any kind of baiting at all and he bites, like he just can't resist. He needs to spend some time on 4chan or somewhere and toughen up so that sort of nonsense doesn't rattle him. He did a little better in the second debate for example when Hillary tried to piss him off with that locker room thing, I think it was? And he just changed topic to her suppression of her husband's victims, which is something worth condemning, instead of spazzing out and going on the defensive as if men haven't been saying that sort of thing to their buddies the world over for all of time. It really annoys me and it's also kinda terrifying how 'social justice' and 'political correctness' is becoming such a big thing in actual important issues like political elections.
