Not sure if this is a outage for anyone else, but my DNS is not picking up anymore IPs - I checked to see if the domain expired, and it appears today is the expire day.

Only way I was able to get on here is to manually set ips in hosts file.

Anyone else having issues connecting to things?

Like wise, I can't even get in the websight. I have to use my cellphone. I can't seek to access the server. Wtf is going on??

Their dns server is down, there's a thread with an explenation of how to get back in, but more importantly i posted the same thing on the game's facebook page.

Here is an workaround until the DNS is working again.
Give it to your friends, and say them to remove the entries again, after the DNS problem is solved:

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
Open the file "hosts" with an editor
add following lines:
148.251.44.214 game.salemthegame.com
148.251.44.214 login.salemthegame.com
148.251.44.214 forum.salemthegame.com
148.251.44.214 http://www.salemthegame.com

If you got right problems, copy the file first to your Desktop, edit and save it and copy it again in the said directory.

And you can login again in game and Forum.

So is the last line suppose to have http:// in it cause the wiki doesn't have that? changing it doesn't seem to help.

Anyways.. Its like the updater is not working and super slow. I get timeout when trying to login..

Never mind.. I found I had dropped something when I copied the segment. Now its working.
