Server semi-PVP

I'm not saying to do this on "every" server. Only one. Same goes for many mmo. PVE, PVP-PVE, PVE-RPG, etc. You will still have a choice. It's only a ideas to see what people think about it. If the devs don't like the idea, they just wont take it.
