as requested elsewhere, my habanero sauce recipe came from here

I'm not a fan of vinegar heavy recipes, so I cut this one down from 4 cups to 3, if you prefer a more Tabasco-like flavor, then add that 4'th cup. Ultimately this was a dry run for later in the season when my pepper garden starts pooping out peppers. So I just made this one with 3/4 habaneros and 1/4 jalapeños for flavor. The next batch I do with the homegrown goodies is going to be a mix of Tabasco peppers, habaneros, and ghost peppers, because I do not ***** around with my hot sauce, I like that stuff to burn a hole straight from tongue to ********. Also, dont rub your eyes after making this, I did that too and it suuuucked. this made about 3 full canning jars full

I don't know wtf is his problem it's about the greatest alcohol I have EVER tasted. No, it's not vodka. No, it's not whiskey. No, it's not cognac. It's a mysterious beverage we call "jallu".

I cant combine liquor and milk, found that out one night after a couple mudslides. I'm a whiskey guy and the only thing I mix it with, is ice

As far as drinks concerned I'd go with layered Bloody Mary, something like this:

You start with tomato juice and then slowly pour vodka on the side of the glass - easily done by letting it flow down a knife's blade (or a bar spoon shall you have one). This way it won't mix, which, in my opinion is the most crucial part of the beautiful union between vodka and tomato juice.
Anyway that's pretty much all you need, and how I prefer it, but there is always a room for variety - you could add a bit of lemon juice, black pepper, a hint of tabasco or make something with salt / thyme like in the picture etc. etc.

Simple and wonderful.

But I kinda wonder what Jallu is. Is it like some kind of brandy?
