Sorry, I didn't quite remember properly:

IIRC Carver said that account sharing may lead to fights regarding who owns it and that it is hard to investigate. So instead of doing that he will ban all parties if there is a reported conflict. So the way I see it is that sharing accounts isn't something he actively oversees, but it is probably the easiest way to get permanently banned if there is a misunderstanding.

Yes, there was a personal thing with frakked... and then there was a leading scent for a criminal that you have followed.
Both actions have nothing to do with each other.
