I dont know what is going on, but wells keep popping up from nowhere
I even looked for wellpoints before the top one to the left popped up today, but I couldnt even see a wellnode :>

Someone said you're supposed to toss a silver coin into them.

I tossed some coins into a random well (I see them more often lately, too), but nothing happened.

Toss in some more, I had 3 and 200 silver. Ended up with 3000 just now O.o

They act as a normal water source until you toss enough coins in them, then it disappears and give you

Right clicking it gives you three options, wealth, luck and wisdom. I tried luck on one, no idea what that gave. Wealth gives a decent amount of silver, total of 3000 from picking wealth on two of the wells. I didnt try wisdom, but will when I find an other well.
