The tl;dr version is thus:

SFRY, the dominant faction (in-game AND IRL) of Salem decided to disband. In many ways, it was a pre-emptive move, as there was some grumbling from the devs that our presence in game was so over-whelming that it was taking the fun out of playing for others. As JC put it, "The man who wrestles with the gods only knows sorrow". At the same time, Salem NEEDS us, so we have reformed as D.a.I.C.K.S to try and help craft a better environment for all players. What you're seeing know is the video game version of a Holy Crusade as those who are true of heart rush to join us.

Hope this helps,

AFC

Why do I get the idea that his one bad habit is putting little boys inside a locker then leaning on it until they promise to be his friend.

Update:

We've been basting some ideas/plans for the past 24 hours and we got some juicy stuff on the way.
Pretty nice day here in Squab. Pulled my jean shorts out of the hamper; gonna go sit on the lawn and crack open a cold one.

See you at the trough,
