+ no way to remove a fear
+ no ammo needed
+ no way to fight him from inside 2-3 walls
+ extreme high black bile drain to any attacker

Cons:
- despawns if the tile deloads
- vulnerable to attack behind a single wall

Dude, this method has been used for over a year by now and not only with bears but with much stronger animals also.

ok, but it must be hard to find a bear during a raid xD (I mean you only use this method when you're getting raided right)
