Luckily I do have an alt from my previous base which is a goodly distance away but better than walking from Prov. He's basicaly a new character though.
I'll sort it one way or another now I know the arrow trick with party. Thanks.

Ah yeah that shouldn't be bad at all then. It takes very little time to get to settling, only hurdle will be grinding out the 150s with a new character but between feathers and crickets you might have it by the time you get there if you're lucky. Good luck, feel free to PM me if you need a small loan or anything.

Hm, not sure what you mean... It sounds like his main is the one stuck in his base and the only character there. The arrow trick definitely works over even very long distance though, as long as you "reset" it every now and then. Well ok I haven't done it from end-to-end on providence or anything like that but at least 30% the height of providence which is much further than it would work without resetting and it still points in the right direction, just not far enough.

Edit: oh you mean breaking down the wall as far as too optimistic. Maybe, I haven't tried breaking a claimed wall down with a super low level character but if the soak is entirely removed it should just be a matter of food. Maybe I'm wrong thinking the soak is entirely removed though.

Is there a Twitter feed for server crashes or is everything posted in this thread?
