Salem Client by Ender

Something wrong with your connection to server. After you've learned skill client was unable to download icon for new recipe unlocked.

Getting this error:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\myuser\Salem\bin\jogl.dll: Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform

It only occurs if I run Ender client through the new Custom Salem Updater shortcut. If I run the downloaded updater.jnlp, the client launches without problems.

That is strange. Do you have multiple java istallation? And is your system x64 and one of javas x32?

I had this error when I originally started using the updater. An uninstall and reinstall of Java (both x64 and x86 versions), fixed it - clearing caches and such beforehand, did not. An interesting note, as well - I went the uninstall and reinstall route because once I started getting that error, I was completely unable to log into the game, or access the website + forum. Makes absolutely no sense.

I'm having some problems with crashes, sometimes the game freezes/crashes and i can login straight after i close and re open the client, but sometimes the client just closes itself completely and i have to wait 10minutes before i can login. This scares me a little since i've almost died a few times.

You mean the lack of player dots? Your radar is working - you can see the dots for what appears to be flint and whatever someone dropped. Is your radar.xml file missing this?

Also, on the waiting 10 minute thing, if the game just crashes, open your task manager and kill the javaw.exe process. You'll be able to log back in immediately.

Switched today to this new updater, and got a white screen on startup, I still can click on all the buttons, but white background stays.

The only thing I changed is switched to this new version. After this, I've tried completely uninstalling Java and Salem, tried 7th Java, switched back to 6th. Deleted Salem folder, Salem.cfg as well/ But nothing helps...

Any possible fix?

Client is good but is extremely unstable right now for some reason. I get crashes every minute (java 6)
