I don't know who's it is but it seems pretty big. Just a warning shot but it's probably someone you don't want to meet if the base is that big. That means that your base is probably too close if you can drag a sled there. Maybe you can make friends with your big neighbors but fair warning, they may raid you and/or kill you if you're not nice to them or if the feel like it.

There are lots of ruined towns / citys in the area surrounding Murica. Don't know if it is down to Muricas doing or not. What you cant see is that there is a stone foot path that goes off to the north and splits off to other big towns.
