You should probably either
A. Stop planting flowers until you sell/use your current stock.
B. Get a stall to sell the flowers in.
C. Make more space to hold all of those flowers you really don't need in the first place.

How are these tips for new players? These tips are for all players who are trying to hoard things out of their control.
No one ever complained about space management back then even when you couldn't crazy expand a mine but now that you can somehow I see people complaining all over the forums to "Put it in a stockbin!" (Or as I like to say now, "PUT IT IN A COFFIN" meme that once was spread around)
Here is a picture of some chests lined up, both rows add up to 900 total space which equals an alts worth of space pretty much. Even without stockbins you can store 900 flowers in such a small space already.

TotalyMeow wrote:Originally, you had a max inventory of 24 with a backpack and that was it. Then pockets got added and it didn't change things too much, neither did the slightly larger backpacks. Chests and such had the same storage they have now. The ability to store things was comparatively small and so hoarders were required to just build big banks of sheds and live with their choices. People only complained a little bit now and then that they wanted things like wardrobes. We added wardrobes.
Later, we changed the whole inventory system and gave you 1024 max storage on a character and people immediately started complaining that boxes and things now don't hold enough stuff. We removed the ability to store stone in windmills and boards in fence posts for immersion sake (stone and wood only, mind you, and the wood wasn't actually very efficient, just cheap) but we added storage bins and gave you the ability to add more than just stone and wood to them. But it's a case of 'Give a mouse a cookie and he'll eat your whole arm', the more you get, the more you want now that you have the idea that you can just hoard massive amounts of things.
If you're a big trader and you are storing dehydrated roses for sale, even 320 is only 4 sheds worth. 4 sheds is not a lot to build, takes up 8 spaces of you do it right. I'd expect a trader who likes to keep a lot of goods on hand for mass sales to have several dozen sheds; it's the price you pay for being a big volume trader.
