Specifically the Lumber Piles that take 5 days.
As soon as we all were made aware of this I made very sure to write time and date as to when I finished the wood pile being that it takes 5 RL days to finish.
The Wood pile I made was finished at 8:04PM EST on 11/19/2012. which is 5 days from time of construction but not has popped yet. Did the timer get changed?

FYI a ~ in front of something generally means that it's an approximation and not exact. Hence ~5 RL days means somewhere around 5 days, not exactly 120 hours.

For a long time I have observed the development of h&h and then Salem and i know you Jobtar have a tendency to release content and let the players figure the details out by them selfs. It is part the fun of course, but to make the biggest content update since turkeys were introduced and then making us wait over 5 days knowing nothing that is just cruel... you could have written a bit more about the houses and sheds....

[begins to cry from frustration]

Well it is official as per my time...
It does take 5 and HALF days 2 hours, YES I am being **** about this BUT this is BETA and we are TESTING the content that is released to us.SO I am just reporting my findings
As for the MOLDY BOARDS you DO get while harvesting your pile WOAH WAY TOO MUCH you get more mold boards than you get Dried, I do not know if this is as per your HAMMER AND NAIL skill, or a random thing with in the coding of the wood pile.JUST A NOTE I created 3 piles of lumber out of the 2 that have popped so far I have a total of 19 USEABLE Dried boards.

Can you use moldy boards as "any boards"?
Some basic stuff still requires the boards that you get right off the sawbuck.
Can they be built into another timber pile?

as far as I found the boards are garbage just split for wood chips, unless they have another use for the moldy boards that I am not aware of.

As far as I saw NO they say MOLDY BOARDS unless there is an option some were (Which I did not see) to use these boards there wood chippings. I tried a few recipes with these boards and nothing, even tried to re-add them to a new lumber pile no go.

Moldy boards cannot be used as "any board", no. One could debate whether that should or should not be the case.

My own first three piles yielded 64 dry boards, of which I have 23 left after throwing down press, trough, bench, 8 planed boards for the trough and one woodknot (which is terrible, don't study any, they will be significantly buffed). I have 42 H&N.

Does the H&N skill affect the amount of Dry Boards yielded?
