it pisses me off hearing about these things almost daily, now recently a friend of me got raided with a Trial by Fire wich was build illegal so a dev had to login and destroy parts of it

Image

THIS is ILLEGAL as it fully covery the TbF with 2 claims and you cant access it (as the logs are partly on claim u can neither destroy nor move them)

when will people finally learn this..

This is not illigal, the developers reserve the rights to nuke it tho. (as they do with most things) This particular construction is very soft.

theres no soft or hard construction, theres accessable and inaccessable, if you build your TBF so people can access it without crime its ok, if you build it with pclaims in any way that noone can access it without crime its 100% illegal and should reserve a permanent ban...

That is untrue, I wish it were the case because that would make donuting your tbf's illigal.

Either way, my report of a year ago about the same matter:

Thanks for the report. It has been stated that house walls are not allowed. But given that you can still break in on the pclaim i would classify it as something allowed but on my list to fix. I reserve the right to torch houses used offensively tho.

This was about a doubled plank walled area with several braziers, and instead of the simple logs, farmers hovels were used. So yes, your case was very soft and should had not gotten nuked if you take the history of donuting and Pclaiming assets such as TBF's in consideration. But then again, they do as always reserve the rights to nuke anything, guess your friend was just lucky, or perhaps we are going to see a future shift.

in this PM JC states that u can still break in, but i doubt he took into consideration that you need crimes and i bet he was talking about houses between normal walls
