@John C : You are keeping track of those new Passive Gains ? So that you can adjust those numbers in case one of them is too powerfull or too weak ?

48 hours of actual play or 48 hours from initial spawn?

Also, if you multiply all passive gains for x10 or even x20 - nothing bad could happen. It will take too much effort to up any of the skills with passive gains only, but will be a bit more noticeable.

Pilgrims now gain:

3 Hunting & Hideworking for Butchering an animal part.
6 Hunting & Hideworking for liming a hide.

Liming a hide don't make lime hide but only gives H&H points.

can confirm

1) take a hide and a bucket of milk of lime
2) click on producing limed hide
3) you get points, but neither the bucket empties nor the hide vanishes or produces and limed hide.

Lol, I never exploited any bugs. And I never said it shouldn't be reported.
That remark was a joke since JC and co used to exploit many bugs back in the day.
They did report most of them but since Jorb and Loftar were a bit lazy bugs stick around.
Nobody can forbid you using a bug that devs are to lazy to fix.

I'd like to point out that this patch will make it even easier for new players to catch up to veterans who had to grind through so many inspi's just to get to where these guys can get.

I totally approve of this patch. I think it'll make it much easier for new players to get where we are.

Have you actually checked how long it takes to gain points? As JC pointed out, this is by no means a replacement for existing proficiency mechanics.
I just spent half an hour mining and chipping some boulders and got approx 1.5k M&M points. About the same as I'd get off a single sterling geode.
New players still have no chance in "catching up" with veterans that can simply buy all the inspirationals they need -- whether or not they'd ever need to catch up in proficiencies anyways.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Meh, every little bit helps. That's 1500 you wouldn't have had otherwise.

btw where are you mining at with Arcadia down?
